1. 主持完成浙江省自然科学基金项目,鲨肝活性肽S-12000抗糖尿病研究;
2. 主持完成浙江省科技厅项目,马传染性贫血病毒减毒中的膜蛋白基因突变研究;
3. 主持完成横向课题“白藜芦醇体外生物合成研究”;
4. 主持横向重大项目“猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒基因工程疫苗的开发研究”;
5. 主持横向重大项目“昆虫抗菌肽生物合成及规模化制备研究”;
6. 主持横项目“重组大流行流感灭活疫苗(家蚕杆状病毒)样品试制及工艺探索研究”;
7. 校内主持国家重大新药创制项目子课题“新型Ⅰ型糖尿病口服药物的研制和中试“
8. 参与完成国家“863”重点项目课题,家蚕生物反应器蛋白质药物规模化制备技术,主持经费409万;
9. 参与完成国家科技支撑计划,家蚕生物反应器生产新型人用禽流感疫苗的试制;
10.参与完成“973”项目子课题,家蚕小分子mRNA、小肽功能以及病原体与宿主相互作用机理研等。
