四、研究方向

主要从事海洋活性天然产物的发现及作用机制研究,聚焦于海洋蓝藻毒素的化学及生物学研究。近年来,在海洋蓝藻Lyngbya semiplenaLyngbya majuscula研究中分离鉴定了具有化学他感效应的脂肪酸肽、环肽、萜醌、聚酮等特征结构200余种,50多个新化合物单体。近期在在海洋蓝藻毒素Aplysiatoxins的活性靶标研究中取得突破性成果,发现此类化合物具有钾离子通道Kv1.5的选择性抑制作用(Org. Lett. 2018, 20: 578-581)。该成果有望成为房颤治疗的活性先导化合物,并为创新型海洋药物的开发提供了新的思路和方向。主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,科技部863项目1项,浙江省部级项目2项。参与完成美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)重大项目基金2项。作为第一或通讯作者在在Organic lettersJournal of Organic ChemistryAnalytical ChemistryJournal of Proteome ResearchJournal of Natural Products等期刊发表论文30余篇,引用次数超过600
