主要从事(1)中药资源质量评价及其形成的机理研究;(2)中药资源开发近年来,先后主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省基础公益项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上资助等科研项目,截止2021年底,发表论文50余篇,其中第一/通讯作者SCI论文20余篇(Top期刊6篇),单篇最高被引200余次,被下载8000余次。前担任植物学经典期刊 Protoplasma (JCR Q2) 副主编 (Associate Editor),《Chinese Herbal Medicine》青年编委,《Physiology and Molecular Biology of Plants 》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《Industrial Crops and Products》和《RSC Advances》等期刊特约审稿人。
