四、研究方向
主要从事海洋天然产物的分离提取,结构鉴定和构效关系,以及活性分子的系统生物学研究。作为第一或通讯作者在Organic letters、Journal of Organic Chemistry、Analytical Chemistry、Journal of Proteome Research、Journal of Natural Products等相关领域的重要期刊发表多篇学术论文。
在海外工作期间,深入开展了蛋白组学及代谢组学技术开发领域的研究。首次合成了同位素标记的生物素化学探针,利用迈克尔反应富集氧化脂蛋白组。并结合高分辨质谱定性和定量分析技术,从系统生物学的角度,对比分析了不同年龄段的大鼠心肌线粒体蛋白的脂质氧化修饰程度及脂质分子的作用位点。阐明了衰老与动物心肌线粒体蛋白脂质氧化的相互关系。该研究成果发表在分析化学及蛋白组学领域的国际权威杂志(Anal. Chem.2007,79,3342-54;J Proteome Res.2010,9, 4016-27;J. Proteomics. 2012,75,5724-33)。
