主要研究方向

1. 病毒分子特性研究:以模式病毒黄瓜花叶病毒CMV作为研究对象,利用分子生物学、生化和遗传等技术分析CMV 2b蛋白介导的病毒致病性。

2. 病毒与寄主的分子互作:以模式植物拟南芥和CMV作为研究对象,研究病毒与寄主的分子互作,包括植物的抗病毒免疫和病毒的致病。

3. 病毒-植物-昆虫介体的三者互作:蚜虫传播是CMV在自然条件下的主要传播方式。课题组于2011年申请获得国家自然科学基金项目“卫星RNA和协生病毒与CMV的互作对CMV诱导拟南芥抗蚜虫反应的影响及其途径”。

4. 抗病毒新技术新方法:我们在研究CMV与寄主互作的基础上,通过分子生物学和正反向遗传技术开展有关抗病毒新技术和新方法的探索性工作。
